30 Cents/Square Foot: Day-Time Commercial Business Rate 

(M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

$100 Minimum Fee

 

35 Cents/Square Foot: After-Hours Commercial Business Rate

(Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

M-F, 6:00 am - 8:00 am or 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Ask about rates from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)

Note: Some commercial applications are difficult to price. We reserve the right to price on per-room basis as do with our residential rates, or price completely differently depending upon commercial facility situation. Above are pricing guidelines only.

 

Note: Some upper level business locations might not be accessible by my truck mounted equipment.
